Are you ready to test your strength, endurance and determination? On November 7 and 8, 2026, DEKA FIT arrives at Palexpo Geneva, bringing one of Spartan's global fitness challenges to Switzerland.
Designed for different fitness levels, DEKA FIT combines functional training exercises with running in a competition where participants challenge themselves, track their performance and push their limits.
What Is DEKA FIT?
DEKA FIT is a fitness competition organized by Spartan, featuring a course divided into 10 functional fitness zones, each separated by 500 metres of running.
Participants complete a total of 5 kilometres while tackling different physical challenges. Each zone is timed separately, and the combined performance determines the participant's official result.
The concept is simple: challenge yourself, improve your performance and discover what you are capable of achieving.
Can Anyone Participate?
One of the most interesting aspects of DEKA FIT is its accessibility. The event welcomes beginners, regular fitness enthusiasts and experienced competitors.
